Software Engineer - Front-End
Description
CrossPartner is looking for a new member of our technical staff to focus on front-end
development. You should have a passion for shipping elegant, responsive web interfaces
that will be used by millions of people.
Responsibilities
- Write front-end code in Ruby, HTML/CSS, and Javascript
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones from controller-level

Manager, Business Development
Description
CrossPartner is seeking a Manager of Business Development who is obsessed with technology,
social media and business strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of business
development experience in the consumer Internet space with a heavy emphasis on partner
negotiations, strategic analysis and deal execution. This role will involve developing
partnership concepts, sourcing partners, understanding partner strategy, negotiating
agreements to completion, managing internal process, and maintaining ongoing relationships
between CrossPartner and key partners. Business Development at CrossPartner is responsible
for negotiating partnerships that generate new revenue streams, drive distribution
of the CrossPartner brand online and offline, generate new users for the company,
extend the CrossPartner platform or otherwise add value to the CrossPartner user
experience. The position is full-time and based in our main office in Red Bank,
NJ. This position will report to the Director of Business Development.

- Negotiate strategic partnerships with large media and technology companies
to grow CrossPartner’s business worldwide
- Work with CrossPartner engineering, product and sales teams to close
deals that require product integration and/or other non-standard business terms

Description
CrossPartner is seeking a strong, experienced leader to help build and manage a
sales team in a player/coach role, selling CrossPartner’s advertising solutions
to large online advertisers. You’ll lead a high-calibre team in a business that
is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a leader with flexibility,
management experience and outstanding decision-making skills, and you're able to
use quantitative abilities to make effective, strategic decisions. We are looking
for a self-starter who has demonstrated previous strong performance and work in
a rapidly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, successfully manage teams
and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. This is a unique
opportunity to help build and manage a high performing team and have a dramatic
impact on the company's growth. Ideal candidates will have management experience
in a sales environment as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online

Web/Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Communication Designer to part of our CrossPartner
Design Team. Serving as a strategic design partner to many parts of the company,
this team requires a broad knowledge of many design disciplines, excellent communication
skills, and a problem seeking mentality. This position is full-time, based in Red Bank
, NJ, and reports to the Communication Design Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing, business development, and sales with web/print solutions
- Extend CrossPartner's visual aesthetic into other media
- Update and refine CrossPartner’s brand guidelines for all outbound communication
- Meticulously oversee relationships and projects with outside creative vendors
- Create presentations that clearly communicate ideas, initiatives, etc.
- Work with product team on new initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms
Requirements
- Strong portfolio featuring web and print design
- Expertise in XHTML, CSS
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Powerpoint/Keynote
- Ability to handle the pressure and fluidity of a start-up environment
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- BS or BFA in design or related field
